Neither Vita nor your health manager prescribes, doses, or changes your care. Your providers stay in charge.

No. Vita is an AI texting assistant. She sends reminders, logs check-ins, and helps with scheduling. Your calls and anything involving your providers are handled by your health manager, a real person. Right now, that's the founder.
Yes. With their permission, we keep track of their appointments, refills, and records and stay in touch with their providers' offices, and you stay in the loop.
No. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or change your protocol. Your providers do that. We handle everything around their plan: scheduling, refills, tracking, and staying in touch with their offices.
Go ahead, they're good at explaining things. But they can't call your clinic, notice when you've stopped checking in, or keep your doctors' offices up to date with each other. That takes a person.
We store your health information encrypted, never sell it, and never use it to train AI. Only you, your health manager, and the providers you choose can see it. Vita's texts are written with Anthropic's Claude, which doesn't train on your messages. Regular text messages aren't fully private, so tell us if you'd rather keep some details off text. You can ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted anytime.
